About Xingfin Cuisine
Xingfin Cuisine was brought from Thailand in 1992. There are three restaurants in Taiwan. Each restaurant was built gorgeously and splendidly with expensive cost of more than millions. We inherited the cooking skills from the Ching Dynasty of China. We use top ingredients like shark fins, abalones, sea cucumbers, Crab with Vermicelli. History of Xingfin Cuisine
In 1992 Mr. Chang, Mr. Hwang along with twenty of their friends found a Shark Fin Restaurant in Bangkok while they were having one of their frequent gormandizers' journeys. Their very first dinning experience was really unforgettable. They realized that the chef of this restaurant had inherited his cooking skills from the Ching Dynasty. This delicious shark fin delicacy was so irresistible and famous in all of Thailand.
Mr. Chang and his friends were amazed how the traditional Chinese Gorman had been scattered abroad. They decided to welcome this heritage back to Taiwan. After going back and forth between Taiwan and Thailand, Xingfin was established in the May of 1992.
Being able to enjoy the traditional shark fin delicacy in Taiwan is a welcomed contribution from the gormandizers.
